Job Description: 
The incumbent will be responsible for all operational finance activities and fund finance management, communicate with investor for finance issues, and inspect the finance status of portifolio companies.

Key Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or above, major in Finance/Accounting or related major
2. CPA or equivalent certificate holder
3. At least 8 years of working experience in a multinational company and over 3 years of experience as a Finance Manager role in manufacturing industry
4. Be familiar with US GAAP and hands on in operation finance matters and ensure internal control compliance.
5. Good understanding of internal control concept
6. Attention to detail is a must
7. Integrity, independence and passion for excellence
8. Good problem solving and decision making skills
9. English proficiency, particularly in speaking and writing
10. Strong communication skills with can-do attitude
11. Capability to work under pressure and meet deadline
12. Self motivated and high energy
