Title: China Staffing Manager
Job Description:
Understand business strategy and plan, talent market insight
Translate business strategy and plan to staffing strategy and plan
Integrate the Asia Pacific vertical and China regional priorities in a matrix organization
Develop staffing operation model, process, organization structure and team capablity
Lead China staffing team to execute the key initiatives
Measure the staffing team result, accountable for staffing deliverables, operational excellence and customer satisfaction
Qualification:
Management degaree
At least 8 years HR working experience in large multinational companies with matrix organization
Strong staffing expertise and IT industry insight
At least 3 years people leadership and able to manage large team and lower level managers
High maturity&people sensitivity, passion on staffing job, adaptive to change
Strong English communication skills
